The Vasquez brothers of Team Fast Electric Robots designed and built the combat robot Lil Lash, a 30lb version of their heavyweight robot Whiplash. Lil Lash has a triple weapon system, functioning as a lifter and vertical spinner, with an optional hammer saw, and it achieved second place at the April 2025 NHRL event and won the RCL National 30lb division in May 2025. The robot is known for its ability to trap opponents on walls and smash them from above using its hammer saw option.
